Join Peter for a live, interactive workshop where you’ll identify what’s keeping your mind stuck — and experience a genuine shift before you leave.
Most people live with a low hum of stress, distraction, and unfulfillment — and assume it’s just the way things are. It isn’t.
Three clear stages. Each one builds on the last. By the end, you won’t just know about waking up your mind — you’ll have experienced it.
Peter guides you to identify the root cause of recurring unhappiness in your life. This isn’t abstract — you’ll pinpoint something real and specific to you.
Using a guided mindfulness process, you’ll dissolve one specific emotional block in real time. Peter has led thousands of people through this. It works.
You’ll receive the core “Wake Up” framework — a practical foundation for living with more presence, calm, and intention from this point forward.
You don’t need any experience with meditation. You just need to be curious and willing to show up.
You feel like your emotional responses run you, rather than the other way around
You’ve tried meditation apps or books but want something more direct and interactive
You’re a Sunday Meditation regular who wants to go deeper
You’re busy, stressed, or just feel like something is missing — and you want to understand why
You want a genuine experience, not just theory — something you can feel, not just learn
You’re open to the idea that your own mind is your greatest untapped resource
Peter started his adult life as a civil engineer, working across Singapore, Thailand, and seven other countries. In his mid-twenties, something shifted — and he was ordained as a Buddhist monk.
What followed was two decades of serious study: 9 months of solitary meditation retreat, years of study under Tibetan masters, and ultimately a move into full-time teaching. Today, Peter lives on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia with his wife and three children — and has helped thousands of people wake up their minds.
His approach is unusual. He brings the rigour of an engineer and the depth of a contemplative practitioner. He doesn’t deal in vague spiritual ideas. He teaches you exactly how your mind works — and how to change it.
“Awakening isn’t a destination. It’s a skill. And skills can be learned.”
From people who’ve been where you are.
“I’ve read books on mindfulness and tried apps, but nothing actually shifted anything until this workshop. I left feeling genuinely different — lighter. Hard to explain, but real.”
“Peter has a way of making something ancient feel completely practical. By the end of the 90 minutes I understood something about my own mind I’d been missing for years.”
“I was sceptical. I’m an engineer, I like evidence. But what happened in that room was undeniable. I’ve been back three times. Worth every minute.”
