Most people live with a low hum of stress, distraction, and unfulfillment — and assume it's just the way things are. It isn't.
We run two complementary workshops — together they teach you everything you need to know about awakening.
Peter guides you to identify the root cause of recurring unhappiness in your life — something real and specific to you, not an abstract idea. Using a guided mindfulness process, you'll then dissolve one emotional block live in the room.
You'll leave with the core "Wake Up" framework — a simple, practical mental model for catching old patterns before they take hold, and living with more presence and calm from that point forward.
In short: a hands-on reset — you'll feel something shift in the room, and walk away with a tool you can use the same day.
Before the sense of self can be transcended, it first has to form — and Peter starts there. Drawing on Tara Springett's Stairway to Heaven, he maps how the ego takes shape and hardens: through old hurts, the core beliefs we build from them, and the basic sense of being "a separate entity in a world of other distinct entities."
From that foundation, the map traces how each stage loosens it further — layer by layer — so you can see exactly where you sit on that path right now, and what tends to come next.
In short: a map of the whole territory — how the self forms, and how, stage by stage, it can fall away.
You don't need any experience with meditation. You just need to be curious and willing to show up.
You feel like your emotional responses run you, rather than the other way around
You've tried meditation apps or books but want something more direct and interactive
You're a Sunday Meditation regular who wants to go deeper
You're busy, stressed, or just feel like something is missing — and you want to understand why
You want a genuine experience, not just theory — something you can feel, not just learn
You're open to the idea that your own mind is your greatest untapped resource
Peter started his adult life as a civil engineer, working across Singapore, Thailand, and seven other countries. In his mid-twenties, something shifted — and he was ordained as a Buddhist monk.
What followed was two decades of serious study: 9 months of solitary meditation retreat, years of study under Tibetan masters, and ultimately a move into full-time teaching. Today, Peter lives on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia with his wife and three children — and has helped thousands of people wake up their minds.
His approach is unusual. He brings the rigour of an engineer and the depth of a contemplative practitioner. He doesn't deal in vague spiritual ideas. He teaches you exactly how your mind works — and how to change it.
"Awakening isn't a destination. It's a skill. And skills can be learned."
From people who've been where you are.
"I visited Peter a while ago in regard to a driving phobia I had endured for over 30 years. He worked a couple of NLP sessions on me which helped immensely. It’s been weeks now, and I feel so much more at ease behind the wheel, and I’m very grateful for that. I also told him of my curiosity for meditation. He proceeded to hand me a book called The Mind Illuminated by Culadasa and Mathew Immergut. This book has changed my life for the better. I now have a deep love for meditation, and look forward to it every day. Mindfulness is the most amazing thing. Thank you Peter."
"Peter has a way of making something ancient feel completely practical. By the end of the 60 minutes I understood something about my own mind I'd been missing for years."
"I was sceptical. I'm an engineer, I like evidence. But what happened in that room was undeniable. I've been back three times. Worth every minute."
