Either running Retreats or making time for my own personal Retreats is always high on my priority list, because I know how amazingly beneficial they are for everyone involved – our surrounding  communities and our family, loved ones and work colleagues.

Some time ago I applied to attend a Vipassana Retreat – which is an extended 10 day silent meditation, and involves up to 10 – 12 hours a day of Meditation.  I was rejected because I am already a teacher of Meditation, so I have decided to go on my own personal retreat. This has turned out to be a mixed blessing.
