RETURNING TO THE BREATH

In this article, I want to share a powerful tip for anyone in the beginning stages of meditation.

As you know when we first start to meditate we see easily our mind tends to wander off from the meditation object to a world of distraction.

This is called the “monkey mind” and so our job is to bring the mind back time and again. Well in this video we talk about how to do that and the main mistake that all beginners make which can slow your progress.

So if you have tried and failed to confront the monkey mind then this video is a must.
