Peter is starting a brand new course designed to guide you toward achieving an awakened or enlightened state. Drawing from years of research into both spiritual and modern techniques, the course emphasises meditation, coaching methods, and practical tools to help you overcome negative thought patterns and emotional blocks.

For this reason, this course explores common practices used by over a thousand awakened individuals from various traditions. The sessions will be held in the evenings, tailored to the participants’ availability, and will include weekly meetings lasting 1.5 hours. If you’re interested in personal growth and inner peace, you’re encouraged to join and take the first step on this transformative journey.

Agenda

➨ Week 1: The foundations of mentor, teachings and support

Without good foundations nothing stands for long. So our first week is all about the proper foundations for a spiritual practice which in Buddhism are called the 3 gems. Starting from strong foundations the rest of your journey will grow with ease.

➨ Week 2: Meditation 

Meditation has been at the centre of most spiritual practice for over 3000 years. And this is still our go to base practice to bring clarity and strength to an otherwise distracted mind.

➨ Week 3: The powerful difference – Coaching

Here we move a way a little from tradition and bring in more modern modalities to help us. The patterns that both block our progress in meditation (and cause us problems in daily life) are worked on directly with coaching techniques. With coaching we can dissolve these patterns much more efficiently than just meditation alone.

➨ Day 4: Deepening into the awakened state

You may be surprised to know that the awakened stage is not as far away as you might think. And we have all had glimpses of it many times. On this day we learn to recognise these glimpses and then “sink-in” to the experience which is a powerful way to encourage the mind to come back with every increasing frequency and duration.

➨ Day 5: Insight to set us free

Ultimately all of the above are but preparation for the truly liberating trigger to insight. On Day 5 we talk about what this is and how to cultivate it


 

 

Timing

Exact timing will be worked out once we have a minimum of 8 people wishing to join. But as an example of when this course will run I am proposing a start date of Thursday August 14th @ 7.30pm running for 5 weeks.

Who will be my teacher?

Peter has spent 40 years in the study and contemplation of a peaceful mind including being ordained as a Buddhist monk and spending up to 9 months in solitary retreat. 

Peter is a qualified Life coach, trainer and meditation teacher and teaches in an approachable and down to earth fashion.
