Meditation practice

The 2027 Sapphire group · One-to-one with Peter Radcliffe · Starts the first week of January 2027

Mentoring

A year of close guidance in your own practice. A small group that meets weekly, one-to-one time with me twice a month, and someone to ask whenever you're stuck.

Thirty minutes with Peter, at no cost.

Most people who come to me for this don't need another course. They've done the courses. What they need is someone who knows the ground to look at their practice, week after week, and give personal bespoke advice about where they are at.

That's what this year is. We meet as a group each week, and one-to-one twice a month. In between, you can write to me whenever you want to, about anything that comes up in your sitting. I answer the same day. That together with a trove of supporting material, we will create true transformation for greater tranquility and pervading happiness. In short - a mind awakening.

Over a year it adds up to something a weekend workshop can't touch.

Peter on how the year works, and who it suits. Under two minutes.

This is for you if
  • You already sit most days. The practice matters to you.
  • You've run into something you can't get past on your own.
  • You want to go the whole way, not just feel a bit calmer.
  • You're willing to be told when you're kidding yourself.
  • You can protect the time: daily practice, and a weekly session.
It's probably not, if
  • You want to feel calmer, and that's enough. Start with the free Sunday group instead. It's the right size for that.
  • You want a teaching certificate quickly. The Leaders Program does that in a few weeks.
  • You can't sit most days. Nothing here works without that.
  • You don't want anyone looking closely at your practice. Looking closely is the whole point of this.

If you're not sure which side you're on, that's what the call is for.

What we work on

Your practice and your shadows

This is the whole of it, and the part I care most about. As your practice grows and we see through each shadow, the mind is transformed and it is what I most want to give the people I work with closely. I am not interested in technique for its own sake. I am keen on seeing real change including:

  • Where you actually are. We start with your Awaken Map, not a guess
  • The stages of calm abiding, and what comes after them
  • Your obstacles as they turn up, not in theory
  • Powerful practices, when you're ready for them
  • The states most people only read about, once the ground is steady

Without a teacher or coach it's easy to get lost. Without Peter there I would have had that lull or regression, and I was almost at the point of giving up. With Peter's help I stuck with it, got past it, and I've improved so much more since. That's the benefit of having a mentor.

If you want to teach

About one in ten people who do this year want to teach as well. If you're one of them, say so and we'll add it: the teacher training materials, an NLP course, and help getting your own class going and keeping it going.

It's worth doing even if you never run a class. The best way to learn something is to teach it.

The rhythm

How the year runs

  • Every morningYou sit. That part is yours, and it's the one thing the year depends on.
  • Whenever you need itWrite to me about what's happening in your practice, and I'll answer the same day. Send something every morning if it helps, or only when you're stuck. It's there if you want it, and there's no obligation to use it.
  • Every weekGroup session, live online. Teaching, then questions. Four a month, about an hour and a half each. We take one aspect of the mind at a time and work through it across the year.
  • Twice a monthOne-to-one with me. Your practice, your obstacles, whatever you don't want to raise in the group.
  • Through the yearBooks and audio as they become relevant to you, plus the online NLP Practitioner Course (normally $995), free for every member. The teacher training materials as well, if you want to teach.

The cost

There isn't a price

This runs on a donation basis. You pay what you can afford and what you think it's worth, and we sort that out between us once you're in.

I do it this way because it's how the teaching came to me. Nobody ever put a number on it, and I'm not about to be the first. I'd rather the person who needs this most wasn't the one who couldn't afford it.

That doesn't make it free of cost, though. The price is the daily sit, the weekly session, and being honest with me about what's actually happening. That part isn't negotiable, and it's the part most people find hard.

From the people who have done it

What it did for them

I feel like after decades of being frozen my being has melted and become free. I now have more access to joy and happiness than since I was a young child. Thank you Peter.

Cathy Love, Ceduna

The power of the group support combined with Peter's wisdom has had a profound effect on my life, allowing me to let go and move deeper into calm.

Michelle Kirby, Adelaide

Much more of a steady state of calm day to day. Much less reactive at work, I can handle stresses and situations better, and I don't yell at my kids so much. It makes life more enjoyable.

Ray Deutscher, Melbourne

Peter completely eliminated my claustrophobia using the NLP Scramble technique in one of our one-on-one sessions. I hadn't been able to use most lifts, and I'd had an anxiety attack on a busy bus. I was flying to Perth and asked Peter for help with the flight. It worked really well. Very happy to be phobia free.

Rik Bidgood, Adelaide

Three of the group talking about their year, and Ray on what changed for him.

Questions people ask

How much time does it actually take?

Your morning sit, whatever length that is. An hour and a half for the weekly group. An hour twice a month with me. Writing to me in between is optional, and takes five minutes when you do it.

What if I miss a week?

Life happens and nobody gets thrown out over it. All sessions are recorded so you can catch up. But if you're missing most weeks, the year won't do what it's meant to, and I'll say so.

When do we start?

The first week of January 2027. The whole group starts together and goes through the year together, so there's no joining midway. Book a call before then and we'll work out whether you're in.

How many people are in the group?

Around ten. Small enough that I know exactly where each person's practice is, and small enough that you can't hide in it.

Is it really donation based?

Yes. There's no catch and no number I'm holding back until the call. See above for why.

Do I need to have done the Leaders Program first?

No, and it is included for free if you want to do it, but what matters more is that you've got a real practice going and you're serious about it. We'll work out on the call whether you're ready.

I'm not sure I'm ready.

Then book the call and let's find out. If it's not the right year for you I'll tell you that, and point you at what is.
