Depression and anxiety seem to be endemic to today’s world and yet one could argue that (in the west anyway) we have never been better off.

This goes to show that depression is in the mind, and so we can use meditations as tools to counteract these feelings.

This meditation is a direct antidote to feelings of being inadequate and depression. Because no matter how bad things get we still have a lot to be thankful for.

The meditation is in 2 parts – realising things are not too bad and then all the things we have to be grateful for.
