Would you believe there are people who  think that meditation is an evil and or negative practice?

I can assure you that it is nothing to be afraid of and I would like to explain in detail in my video.

You will no doubt be aware of the benefits of Mindfulness and relaxation, and that there are many scientifically backed studies that prove the benefits of having a Mindfulness practice.

However if you mention the word Meditation – some people still see this as opening up the mind to something that is negative  and allowing evil influences to come in.
